As of 17th June 2021, due to ATAGI guidelines, ACVC is not allowing online bookings for patients aged 60 and under.
For patients under 60 that wish to book their appointment for their 1st dose Astra Zeneca vaccine, please email acvcbookings@gmail.com.
Those who are 60 and under who have had their 1st dose and have had no serious complications are still able to book in for their 2nd dose online. A reminder SMS would be sent out 2 weeks prior to the 12-week mark.
Please note: We are currently only offering the AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccine. For more information on how to book a Pfizer vaccine, please visit the SA Health website.
ATAGI recommendations released on 17th June 2021 have now recommended:

The use of Pfizer vaccine rather than AstraZeneca in adults aged less than 60 years who have not received a first dose of AstraZeneca vaccine

Under 60's should only be vaccinated where benefit outweighs risk for that individual's circumstances

Those who have had their first dose of AstraZeneca without serious adverse events can be safely be given their second dose
